The club had its inaugural meeting some twenty three years ago in a New Mill pub.

The founder members were Sally Keddie, Kathy Legge, Susan Ravenshear and Yvonne Smith, three of these ladies are still active members. They decided that Keith and the surrounding district badly needed a grass roots club to cater for all levels of riders and this has been

the club’s ethos to this day. Upon saying this, the club qualified in Area 22 competitions and teams were sent three times to the national championships. 

Our membership covers a wide area across the coast and inland from Keith to Turriff and Cullen to Banff. The committee aims to provide a wide and varied programme from cross country events at Knock farm

to dressage, show jumping and In Hand shows at Midtown of Badenspink, Tillynaught, Banff. During the spring and summer months there are weekend training sessions in the various disciplines.

The Club is family orientated and has a good name for being friendly and welcoming to all new members so why not come along to one of our many events and find out for yourself.
